Machine Operator



The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in production processes. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and attention to detail in order to ensure the machines are functioning properly and producing quality products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a machine operator and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Keep records of production output, downtime, and any malfunctions or repairs made
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator or similar role is preferred
- Technical knowledge of different types of machinery and their operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Basic understanding of mathematics for accurate measurements and calculations

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable)

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (accommodation provided)

Language: No English proficiency required, fluency in Russian preferred
