Architectural Technologist



We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the design and construction of buildings and structures. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in using CAD software.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project design
- Analyze building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations to ensure compliance
- Use CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Prepare project specifications and cost estimates
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project progress
- Review and approve construction plans for accuracy and adherence to design specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Ashdod, Israel (open to candidates from India)

Employment Type:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Note:
This position is open for Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Working proficiency in Hebrew is a plus but not required.
