We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. Your role will also involve collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design development
- Review and analyze project specifications and requirements
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and construction time
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Preference will be given to Kenyan candidates who are fluent in English.
