Part-Time Restaurant Manager - Nakuru, Kenya (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Indian national, you will bring your knowledge and expertise of Indian cuisine to our establishment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food and beverage quality, inventory management, staff scheduling and training. You must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for students or individuals seeking additional income. As this role does not include accommodation, we are looking for candidates who are already living in Nakuru or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and scheduling purposes
