Hotel Sales Manager - Indian Nationals Only



Our five-star hotel in Mombasa is seeking a driven and experienced Indian National to join our team as a Hotel Sales Manager. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and includes free visa and ticket for relocation.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract Indian clientele to our hotel. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be required to conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify new business opportunities.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in hotel sales and possess excellent communication skills. As we cater primarily to Indian guests, fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred. However, this is not a strict requirement as long as you are able to effectively communicate with our target market.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and strong negotiation skills are essential for this role. Previous experience working in Mombasa or knowledge of the local market will be considered an advantage.
