Experienced Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Eldoret. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in carpentry and be able to read blueprints and follow technical specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape wood materials according to specifications
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floors, and trim
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Comply with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (at least 3 years)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient with hand tools (saws, hammers, drills) and power tools (saws, sanders)
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
