Administrator/Office Manager
Location: Malindi, Kenya
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator/Office Manager to join our team in Malindi. As an English-speaking job, we welcome Malayalee applicants who are fluent in English and have previous experience in administration or office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating with other departments, handling correspondence and inquiries, and maintaining office supplies.
- Create and maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Oversee the work of junior administrative staff.
- Ensure the office is clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Previous experience in administration or office management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.
