Indian Administrator in Malindi
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in Malindi. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with budget management and invoice processing
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting to appropriate parties
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
