Job Title: Waiter/Waitress



We are a bustling restaurant in the heart of Os, looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Make recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and work station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with setting tables and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training will be provided on-the-job
