Head Pastry Chef



As a Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of all pastry items in our high-end restaurant located in Faisalabad. Your creative and innovative approach to pastry making will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent desserts. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all pastry items are prepared and presented according to our high standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new and unique pastry recipes that reflect current trends and customer preferences
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and stock rotation
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs, providing guidance and support
- Monitor quality control to maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create cohesive menus that incorporate pastry items
- Oversee the preparation of specialty cakes, breads, pastries, and other desserts for special events or holidays
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, equipment, techniques, and trends in pastry making
- Creative flair and ability to develop unique recipes that stand out from competitors
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
