Construction Project Manager


We are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Faro. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in managing construction projects and possess strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing the day-to-day operations on site. Your role will also involve ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines, and monitor progress throughout the project
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
- Oversee all aspects of construction operations, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, etc.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate records of all project documents, including contracts, change orders, etc.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various software programs such as MS Office Suite
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
