We are a growing company in need of a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Oslo, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently to support our business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models as needed
- Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses
- Provide technical support to users in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
