Job Title: Office Assistant (Dar Kulaib, Bahrain)
We are in need of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. The ideal candidate for this position will have a biometric passport and be willing to work without prior experience. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, redirecting inquiries as needed
- File and organize documents, both electronic and physical
- Keep inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of office space
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Biometric passport preferred
