Body Repair Master


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. You will use your knowledge of different materials and techniques to assess damages, create repair plans, and execute repairs with precision and efficiency. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in body repair, preferably in an automotive or collision repair setting. The successful candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Create detailed repair plans and estimate costs for materials and labor
- Repair damaged vehicle bodies using various techniques such as welding, sanding, painting, etc.
- Replace or repair damaged parts using appropriate tools and equipment
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and customer satisfaction
- Keep track of all repairs and maintain accurate records
- Train and supervise junior technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in body repair, preferably in an automotive or collision repair setting
- Extensive knowledge of different materials used in body repair (e.g. metal, plastic, fiberglass)
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment for body repair (e.g. welders, sanders, paint sprayers)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on African or Egyptian vehicles. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
