We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Oversee all on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in project management software
- Biometric passport or legal right to work in Bulgaria

Salary: 1700$ per month
