Construction Manager

We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects in Albena. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high quality standards. The successful candidate must have experience working with contractors, sub-contractors, and other construction professionals. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per week. Accommodation and visa support will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate with contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses
- Attention to detail while maintaining focus on overall project goals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards successful project completion

Preference will be given to Indian candidates with relevant experience. English language proficiency is not required for this role. This is a contract position without accommodation or visa support.
