CAD Draftsman (Malindi, Kenya)



As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction and engineering projects in the city of Malindi, Kenya. Your role will involve using CAD software to accurately produce digital drawings and designs based on specifications provided by engineers and architects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create precise 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
- Interpret technical sketches and specifications to develop accurate plans
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy of drawings
- Review and revise drawings as needed based on feedback from project stakeholders
- Maintain organized files of all drawings for future reference
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to interpret technical sketches and specifications
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Malindi, Kenya. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already residing in Malindi.

Work Eligibility:
This position is suitable for men only. Non-Kenyan candidates must have their own valid work visa for Kenya.
