Art Director for Visual Arts Studio in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team at a prestigious visual arts studio in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art and design, with experience managing and directing projects from concept to completion. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction of our projects, working closely with our team of artists and designers to ensure high-quality and innovative results. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or studio
- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- A passion for art and the ability to think outside the box

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop creative concepts
- Lead brainstorming sessions with the team to generate ideas for projects
- Direct the artistic direction of projects from concept development to final delivery
- Provide guidance and feedback to artists throughout the production process
- Ensure that all artwork meets quality standards and project requirements
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients regularly
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our work
