As an Art Director at our company in Al-Khor, Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and vision of our projects. You will work closely with clients and our team of artists to develop unique concepts and bring them to life through various mediums.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their brand identity and project goals
- Developing creative concepts that align with client objectives
- Leading brainstorming sessions and providing guidance to artists
- Creating visual mockups and storyboards to present ideas to clients
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met
- Providing constructive feedback and direction to artists throughout the creative process
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and technology to enhance our projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with visa sponsorship for non-Qatari nationals.
