Nurse (Indian) in Mombasa, Kenya


We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Indian Nurse to join our team at a healthcare facility in Mombasa, Kenya. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience working abroad and make a positive impact on the local community.

As an Indian Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with various medical procedures. Your duties will include administering medication, monitoring patients' vital signs, and assisting doctors and other medical staff as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring that all medical equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.

This is a contract position, with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national
- Must have excellent English communication skills
- Must have completed nursing education from a recognized institution
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid nursing license
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Administer medication as prescribed by doctors
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical staff
- Assist with various medical procedures such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy
- Maintain accurate patient records and update patient charts as needed
- Ensure all medical equipment is properly sanitized and maintained
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and provide necessary support or resources for recovery
