Senior Architect (Clairvaux, Egypt or Nepal)

A leading architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, Egypt or Nepal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include creating architectural plans, managing project timelines and budgets, conducting site visits, and collaborating with clients and other team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Egyptian or Nepali nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans for various projects
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Ensure projects meet all building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
