Senior Architect - Clairvaux, France



As a Senior Architect in our team at Clairvaux, France, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will use your extensive knowledge and expertise in architectural design, construction materials, and building codes to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process of architectural projects including creating concept sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the project.
- Develop cost estimates and construction schedules for each project.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that the project is progressing according to plans and specifications.
- Supervise a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.
- Provide guidance to junior architects and review their work for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate them into our designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.

We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month along with health benefits. This is a contract-based job opportunity that may lead to a permanent position based on performance.
