Floral Assistant


We are currently seeking a talented and creative Floral Assistant to join our team in Lom. As a Floral Assistant, you will assist our head florist in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events. Your main responsibility will be to help with the preparation, design and arrangement of flowers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head florist in creating and arranging floral designs for various events
- Prepare flowers by removing thorns, trimming stems and arranging them in vases or containers
- Help with the packaging and delivery of floral arrangements to clients
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a floral assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills to collaborate with other team members
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy flower containers

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month with potential for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Lom, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required during busy seasons.
