Indian Executive Chef in Ashdod, Israel
We are seeking a skilled Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring high quality dishes are served to our customers. This position requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for producing delicious Indian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
- Create new menu items and ensure consistency in existing dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling and safety procedures
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Ensure compliance with health codes and regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and control costs
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a valid work visa or willing to obtain one with sponsorship from our company
- Minimum 12th grade education or equivalent culinary experience
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
