Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a popular restaurant in Siauliai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is an ideal position for recent graduates or individuals looking for their first job in the service industry. No experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. We also welcome individuals with valid visas to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and guest satisfaction
- Answer any questions about menu items or daily specials
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or related field is a plus)
- Valid work visa (if applicable)

Salary: $1200/month (plus tips)
