Entry Level Machine Operator


We are hiring an Entry Level Machine Operator to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our production facility. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring operations, and performing quality checks. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic. No prior experience is required as we will provide on-the-job training. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Candidates must have their own visa and accommodation in Alta or be willing to arrange their own.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
