Job Title: Senior Architect (La-Condamine)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to budget and timeline constraints. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, as well as project management skills and the ability to lead a team. A biometric passport is required for this role. Accommodation will be provided.

As a Senior Architect, your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project requirements and objectives
- Developing innovative design solutions that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements
- Creating detailed drawings, plans, specifications, and other documentation for construction purposes
- Managing project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope
- Leading a team of architects and designers to ensure project deliverables are met
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining knowledge of industry trends, technology advancements, and building codes/regulations
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage budgets/timelines effectively
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software programs
- Strong knowledge of building codes/regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Biometric passport required for international travel
