Entry Level Tiler

We are seeking an Entry Level Tiler to join our team in Triesen. As a Tiler, you will be responsible for installing tiles and other decorative materials on floors, walls, and other surfaces in residential and commercial buildings. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for construction and design who is looking to gain experience and develop their skills in the tiling profession.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
- Cut, shape, and polish tiles to fit specific spaces
- Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles, grout, or adhesive
- Mix and apply mortar or adhesive to secure tiles in place
- Align tiles and create patterns using tools such as levels and measuring tapes
- Install tile edges and coverings for floors, walls, or steps
- Seal joints between tiles using grout or other sealant materials
- Clean up work area and dispose of waste materials properly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in construction or manual labor preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
- Basic knowledge of mathematics for measuring surfaces and calculating tile quantities
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for design
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to different working environments

Salary:
$1000 per month
