Job Title: Barista (Funchal, Portugal)

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be in charge of maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to our recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Restock supplies as needed throughout your shift
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing demands
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
