Senior Architect - Las Vegas, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary requirements and specifications. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs while adhering to budget constraints and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods, and codes/regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
