Shaper - Woodworking and Furniture Design (Malayalee candidates preferred)

We are a reputable furniture manufacturing company based in Osijek, seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and furniture design, as well as excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Use machinery and hand tools to shape and cut wood into desired forms for furniture pieces
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate shapes and dimensions
- Ensure all finished pieces meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Collaborate with designers, carpenters, and other team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition for safe operation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in woodworking or carpentry is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a shaper or similar role in furniture manufacturing
- Proficiency in using woodworking machinery, hand tools, measuring devices, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of wood properties, grain direction, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
