Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, to perform tasks such as digging, grading, and transporting materials. This position does not require English proficiency, making it suitable for foreigners. It is also a part-time job with no experience necessary. We provide accommodation and welcome those with their own visa. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the equipment operation field.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to safety procedures and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans and diagrams
- Use equipment to perform various tasks, such as digging trenches, loading materials, and moving earth
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of construction plans and diagrams
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
