Formwork Specialist
Location: Sheduva, Malaysia


We are currently hiring a skilled Formwork Specialist to work on various construction projects in Sheduva, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with experience in formwork and a strong understanding of construction methods and techniques. This is a contract position that does not require English proficiency and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Construct and install formwork for concrete structures according to project plans
- Measure and cut materials to precise dimensions
- Safely operate hand and power tools to shape, smooth, and join materials
- Ensure proper alignment and stability of formwork
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Inspect completed formwork for quality and accuracy

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with experience in formwork
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret project plans
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
