Preservation Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This is an urgent job opportunity for Indian professionals with experience in preservation architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on historical buildings and structures
- Creating preservation plans and proposals
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and conservation specialists
- Overseeing restoration projects and ensuring they adhere to preservation standards
- Conducting site visits and inspections to assess the condition of buildings
- Preparing reports and documentation on preservation projects
- Providing guidance on materials, techniques, and methods for restoration work
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws related to preservation work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in preservation architecture or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Lithuanian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (Indian nationals preferred)
