IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company based in Riyadh. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing all information technology systems and services, ensuring their efficiency, security, and effectiveness for our business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Manage all hardware, software, network, and infrastructure systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure data security and backup protocols are in place and regularly tested
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvement or implementation
- Oversee the IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems and tools
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to improve our technology capabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and data security protocols
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of effectively managing an IT team
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving technology needs
