Executive Pastry Chef
We are hiring an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at a renowned bakery in El-Ain. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and beautifully presented pastries, as well as a strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative menus for our bakery, including pastries, cakes, breads, and other baked goods
- Oversee the production of all pastry items, ensuring quality and consistency
- Train and supervise pastry staff to maintain high standards of food preparation
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items that meet customer demands
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in baking/pastry arts
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to lead and train a team
- Excellent time-management skills to meet production deadlines
- Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
Salary: $1500 per month
Location: El-Ain, Egypt
