We are a leading manufacturing company in Nairobi, Kenya looking for a skilled Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and forming metal and other materials to create products and parts according to specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities:
- Operate shaping equipment such as lathes, drills, milling machines, and grinders
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and mark materials for shaping
- Use hand tools or machinery to shape materials according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments as needed for precision
- Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing routine maintenance
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members on projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Shaper or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of shaping techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery
- Excellent attention to detail and precision skills
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus benefits.
