We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurement of land boundaries and features such as buildings, roads, and topographical features. This position is suitable for men with experience in surveying and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data and create maps, plans, and reports
- Determine property boundaries and create legal descriptions
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in land measurements
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on development projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong understanding of land laws and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
