Facade Technician

A reputable construction company in Sheduva is seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team. This position is suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English speaking skills, and it is open to both full-time and part-time employment.

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This includes working with various materials such as glass, metal, and stone to create aesthetically pleasing and functional exteriors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to design plans
- Conduct repairs on damaged or deteriorating facades
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure facades are in good condition
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
- Use various tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Facade Technician
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights if necessary
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written

This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month. The working hours are flexible for part-time employees. We welcome candidates without prior experience in facade work as we are willing to train the right individual.
