As the Baker in Siauliai, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will work with a team to ensure that all products are made with high-quality ingredients and in a timely manner. You should have prior experience working as a baker, as well as strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to established recipes
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain baking equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and new baking techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a baker
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work early mornings or late nights when necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (accommodation not provided)
