Office Manager - Khasab, Egypt
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Khasab, Egypt. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks within the office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings
- Communicate with clients and vendors via email, phone, or in-person as needed
- Assist with budgeting and financial management by keeping track of expenses and creating reports
- Support staff by providing necessary resources, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing new systems and procedures as needed
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the office
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role is a plus but not required
