Data Mining Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Mining Analyst to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing valuable insights to support business decisions. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets
- Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop predictive models using statistical methods
- Create reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data mining techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience working as a Data Mining Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate complex datasets
- Experience with data mining tools such as Python, R, or SAS
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1000$ per month.
