Part-Time Online Consultant (English Speaking) in Sheduva

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Sheduva. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Understand and address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
- Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our platform
- Proactively identify ways to improve the overall customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker, preferably of Indian nationality
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with online communication platforms
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
