Architectural Designer

Our architecture firm is seeking an experienced and talented architectural designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an architectural designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial projects. You must have a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and design software. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects using AutoCAD or other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that designs are feasible
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are executed accurately and on time
- Review project plans for accuracy and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architectural designer
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
