Architectural Designer (Indian Nationals)



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans for various construction projects in Kaunas. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure that designs meet their requirements and are compliant with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D architectural drawings
- Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate it into the designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design proposals
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Work closely with engineers to integrate structural elements into the design plans
- Prepare materials for presentations to clients or authorities for approval
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the final result matches the approved design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer in a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred

Salary: $1000 per month
