We are in search of an enthusiastic and patient English Tutor to join our team in Las Vegas. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills through personalized lesson plans and interactive activities.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments to determine students' current level and areas of improvement
- Creating customized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals
- Delivering engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods
- Providing regular progress reports to parents or guardians
- Utilizing technology and online resources to enhance learning experience
- Encouraging a positive learning environment and providing constructive feedback

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Previous experience as an English tutor or teacher preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability when working with students of different ages and backgrounds
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual needs
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is a plus
