Solar Installer


We are a leading renewable energy company based in the US and we are seeking a qualified Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on various residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess the location and condition of potential installation sites
- Install solar panels, wiring, and associated equipment according to industry standards
- Perform electrical work such as wiring, mounting inverters, and connecting panels to the grid
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured and functioning correctly
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar systems
- Communicate with customers about the installation process and provide information on how to maintain their system for optimal efficiency
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or training in solar installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar installation or related field
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers

Salary: $900 per month plus benefits including free visa sponsorship and travel assistance.

Location: US (with willingness to relocate if necessary)
