Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, topographical features, and construction layouts. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate data and measurements are collected for various projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of surveying equipment and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine boundaries, topographical features, and construction layouts.
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS devices, total stations, and digital levels.
- Prepare accurate reports and maps based on survey data.
- Communicate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Analyze data to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites.
- Maintain surveying equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS devices, total stations, and digital levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies or errors in data.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals involved in projects.
Location: Alta (with visa sponsorship)
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
