We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team in Utena. As an operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. Your main duties will include operating equipment to move materials, perform excavation work, and assist with other construction tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license/certification for the specific equipment being operated
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and work orders
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
- Strong attention to safety protocols and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment before use
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding work progress and any issues that arise
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times while operating the equipment
- Keep a clean work area by properly storing tools and materials after use
