Caregiver for Indian Elderly in Akron, USA


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide care for an elderly Indian individual in Akron, USA. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, bathing, and medication management
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental stimulation
- Accompany the individual to appointments or social events as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to the family or medical professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individual

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a caregiver for elderly individuals preferred
- Knowledge of Indian culture and customs is a plus
- Must be able to provide compassionate care with patience and understanding
- Good communication skills in English is preferred but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA with visa sponsorship if needed

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. The caregiver will work 5 days per week with 2 days off. The schedule will be discussed during the interview.
